Blended A La Carte Curriculum

Peer support is a resilience-building factor for team members in emotionally demanding or psychologically high-risk roles. Developed by industry-leading psychological health specialists, P2P addresses many challenges faced on teams.

Foster stability and cohesion on teams
Provide structure and guidance for roles and expectations within the team structure
Upscale all team members with tools to provide support to their peers
Foster a sense of community and connection across teams and sites

P2P is an à la carte hybrid program. Key features include a centralized framework, various entry points, emphasis on group interaction, and personalized learning paths. All content is designed to deepen understanding of the core concepts in the framework for groups of learners who are at different proficiencies. Additional features include on-demand resources and an optional structured path to certification.

Icons and Badges

Iconography, semiotics, and physiognomics are important tools that signal the deep structure of content with little cognitive load. I love creating semiotic domains that guide learners through content.
